This webpage brings up a couple of math examples, related very closely to integers and the Pythagorean theorem. It is neither a big philosophy, nor a discovery, because these kinds of problems have been known since ancient times. However, it is quite remarkable that the equalities shown here hold for integer numbers, and since they hold for integers, they can be considered their 'property' or 'feature'. I hope I am not over-complicating things!
